  • What we haul: Large commercial generators, small trailers, basket lifts, scissor lifts, and industrial machinery.
  • Requirement: Any specialty equipment that cannot roll on or off the trailer under its own power must be loaded and unloaded by the customer using a crane, forklift, or appropriate machinery.

  • Customer Responsibility: When self-loading or unloading, the customer assumes full financial and legal responsibility for the entire operation.
  • Damage Waiver: The customer is liable for any damage caused to their own equipment/materials, our truck, our trailer, or Lifestyle Charter Co. employees during the loading or unloading process.
  • Safety First: All customer-operated machinery (forklifts, cranes, etc.) must be handled by certified or experienced operators.
